Submit Your Request

Immediate Account Suspension
Your account is suspended for all real-money activity as soon as the request is processed — typically within minutes of submission. Pending bets already placed before the request are settled normally; no new bets can be placed.
Marketing Communications Stopped
All promotional emails, SMS messages, push notifications and bonus offers are immediately suppressed. Your contact details are flagged to prevent re-addition to marketing lists for the entire exclusion period.
Balance Withdrawal
Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of exclusion can be withdrawn. Bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited in line with our Terms & Conditions. Contact support to initiate the withdrawal process.
Exclusion Period Runs
Your self-exclusion is active for the full duration you selected. Attempts to open new accounts during this period may result in those accounts being identified and closed. If you have additional accounts, you should close them proactively.
Reinstatement Review
Once the exclusion period has fully elapsed, you may contact support to discuss reinstatement. Reinstatement is not automatic — it requires a deliberate written request and a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before access is restored.

Confirm and Save
Review your chosen limit before confirming. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email to your registered address. Reductions take effect immediately. If you ever wish to increase a limit, the change will only apply after the mandatory review period has elapsed.
