Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Your use of the 02game platform is subject to the following general terms of use. Violation of any of these conditions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the platform to operate a betting syndicate, offer betting services to third parties or conduct any commercial activity.
• No Automated Systems: The use of bots, scripts, scrapers, automated betting software, AI-assisted wagering tools or any other automated system to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion with other users, or exploitation of software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• No Money Laundering: The platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 02game complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Content Standards: You must not post, transmit or share any content on the platform that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or in violation of any third-party rights.
• Platform Integrity: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems or infrastructure is strictly forbidden and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

02game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users who satisfy the conditions set out in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per person, household, IP address or device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the applicable time limit. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus wagering requirements are outstanding, you may not place individual bets exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion. Bets placed above this limit may be voided and bonus funds forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino slots, live casino games and table games may carry different contribution percentages, as set out in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: 02game reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — is identified.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money funds that have been generated through legitimate completion of wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 02game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a user is actively wagering through a bonus, reasonable notice will be given where practicable.

The following rules govern the placement, settlement and voiding of bets placed on the 02game platform. These rules apply to all sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, football, UFC and all other markets offered on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 02game reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Settled Odds: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are fixed unless the bet falls within a palpable error clause (see below). Live in-play bets are subject to the odds current at the moment the bet is processed by the system.
• Palpable Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error or human input error, 02game reserves the right to void the bet or re-settle it at the correct odds. This clause will be applied fairly and transparently.
• Event Cancellation and Void Bets: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned before the minimum required play, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's account in full.
• Incomplete Accumulators: In accumulator (parlay) bets, a voided selection will be removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections will be settled based on revised odds. The specific handling will be set out in the accumulator rules section of the platform.
• Results and Settlement: All markets will be settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC and relevant domestic boards. In the event of a dispute, 02game's settlement decision, made in good faith, is final.

All content on the 02game platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, page layouts, underlying code and software — is the property of 02game or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the platform without the prior written consent of 02game.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• The 02game name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of 02game. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by users regarding the platform may be used by 02game without restriction, compensation or attribution obligation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 02game holds its operating licence, as applicable at the time of the dispute.

In the event of a dispute between you and 02game, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith direct communication before any formal escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the terms of the applicable operating licence. Details of the available escalation route will be communicated to you upon request.

Pakistani Users: This platform operates under international licensing where applicable and is not regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Pakistani users acknowledge the legal position set out in Section 3 (Account Eligibility) and accept full responsibility for their compliance with local law.

02game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting user rights, financial terms, or account eligibility — we will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
